Everything clients and agencies need to know before purchasing an exclusive premade lettermark logo.

Are the logos exclusive?

Yes. Each logo is sold only once and permanently removed from sale after purchase. Unless you request privacy, the sold logo may remain visible as portfolio proof only, but it can no longer be purchased.

Do I get full ownership?

Yes. Full copyright is transferred after payment and delivery.

Can I edit the logo?

Yes. Minor edits (text and color) are included for free.

Do you offer custom designs?

No, I only offer pre-made logos at this time and do not take custom logo commissions. That said, you may submit a premade logo idea here: Premade Logo Idea Form. If the idea fits my creative direction and schedule, I may work on a logo based on the suggestion and list it for sale on the website. Submitting an idea does not require you to purchase the logo. If you love the final design, you can buy it. If it is not the right fit, no worries, it will remain available for someone else.

Can I resell the logo if I don’t use it?

No. The logo cannot be resold as a standalone design. However, it may be transferred as part of a business or brand.

What does “transfer as part of a business” mean?

This includes situations such as an agency giving the logo to their client, selling a business that uses the logo, or passing ownership of a brand to another party.

Can I use the logo commercially?

Yes, including products, marketing, and branding.

Can I trademark it?

Yes, but you are responsible for the process.

Will you display my logo?

Yes, unless you request confidentiality before purchase.

Do you offer refunds?

No. Because each logo is sold exclusively to one buyer and cannot be sold again after purchase, all sales are final.

What files will I receive?

Standard formats such as PNG, JPG, SVG and EPS.

Can I reserve a logo?

No. Logos are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

How do payments work?

Payments are handled by invoice only. After you send a purchase request through the contact form, an invoice will be sent with payment instructions. Available payment methods:

Wise Payment
Pay via wise using debit/credit card and bank transfer.

PayPal
You can pay using credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, or Venmo with or without a PayPal account.

Is a logo reserved after I send a purchase request?

No. A logo is not reserved until payment is completed. Logos are sold on a first-paid basis, and the first completed invoice payment secures the logo.
